Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in customization, development, and configuration across various ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have deep scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and proven experience in implementing advanced ServiceNow features such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Service Portal.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
 - Configure and customize core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management).
 - Work on ITBM modules such as Ideation, Demand, PPM, and Resource Management.
 - Develop and debug client-side and server-side scripts, including Glide APIs, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
 - Participate in version upgrades, perform regression testing, and ensure platform stability post-upgrade.
 - Implement SLA definitions, notifications, and performance analytics dashboards.
 - Build and enhance Service Portals and Flow Designer workflows.
 - Administer and enhance the Service Catalog; automate approvals and RITMs using Flow Designer or Catalog Client Scripts.
 - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable, sustainable solutions.
 - Create and maintain technical documentation and system design diagrams.
 - Perform data analysis and reporting using Performance Analytics and dashboards.
 - Ensure compliance with Change Management and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities when needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
 - Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting APIs.
 - Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal development.
 - Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and Asset Management.
 - Experience with ITBM suite (Demand, PPM, Resource).
 - Exposure to Virtual Agent, UI Builder, or Now Experience Framework is a plus.
 - Proven track record in version upgrades, patch testing, and impact analysis.
 - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in sprint-based development.
 - Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
