Key Responsibilities :
Must have hands on salesforce CPQ experience.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
 - Analyze business processes and identify areas for Salesforce-based improvements.
 - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
 
Documentation:
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, wireframes and Functional document.
 - Create EPIC and user story structure and maintain it throughout the project lifecycle.
 
Solution Design:
- Support scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging industry best practices.
 - Recommend and implement configurations, permissions, workflows, and third-party app integrations to meet business objectives.
 - Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to meet complex business challenges.
 
Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
 - Contribute and optimize custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
 - Partner and support developers to ensure customizations align with the functional design.
 
Testing & Deployment:
- Review test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
 - Ensure a smooth deployment of Salesforce solutions to production.
 - Provide post-deployment support to resolve issues and ensure user adoption.
 
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in adopting Salesforce best practices.
 - Lead workshops, presentations, and training sessions for business users across multiple geos.
 - Manage client expectations and communicate project status effectively.
 
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices within the team.
 - Stay updated on Salesforce releases and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Salesforce Experience & Certifications:
 - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role in CPQ.
 - Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple industries.
 - Expertise in Core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, Experience
 - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL, or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
 
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configurations, and declarative tools.
 - Experience with business process mapping and workflow optimization.
 - Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
 - Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and third-party apps from AppExchange.
